Getting Voice Memo files off of Itunes

I bit the bullet and synced my new phone, deleting ALL OF MY MUSIC.

Now the Voice Memos are in Itunes, but the actual files in my music folder are named by fricken date and not title so I have no idea what they are. Does anyone know how can I get these files off of Itunes and into a flash drive? If so, you have my thanks.
