Billing address is invalid for the card I’m using

I’m trying to use Apple Pay on Etsy and am receiving a notice that my billing address is invalid for the card I’m using. I only have one card attached to Apple Pay and the address has never changed. I deleted and reentered the address just to be sure. I have also turned the phone off and back on. No progress. Now what?
