I had 1 apple id years ago and now have a new 1, how do I transfer songs from my first apple id to my new one. Itunes will not let me authorize the old songs under the other id and won't sign me in to my old account so i can deauthorize the old computers that were under the old id

You cannot move content from one Apple ID to another. You should be able to authorize your computer for multiple Apple IDs. Devices can contain protected content from up to 5 different IDs.
