Problem with billing

I installed an application for yoga “Yoga wave” which had one week free trial and then it charges $4.99 weekly.

I didn’t like it so I uninstalled it the next day.

Now I keep getting emails about unsuccesfull payment. I currently do not have any money on my card, but as soon as I do, it will charge me and it will keep charging even if I don’t have or use the app.

I tried to install it again and when I chose the option to restore previous info, it said that no previous info exists and there is nothing to be restored.


Please see what you can do.

Uninstalling an application does not necessarily cancel a subscription you started. Canceling that subscription is a separate process.


Either you subscribed using Apple's methods, in which case this tells you how to cancel, or you subscribed directly through the application, in which case you would have to cancel using their methods.
