Can I receive notifications on both my watch and iphone? ie: not one or the other?
I want to receive notifications for messages on both my watch and iphone. Is that possible?

You can have notifications on both devices, but not simultaneously. How it works currently is described in Notifications on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
