How do I plug a microphone into iPad?

just bought an iPad Air. I want to use speech recognition, and would like to attach a quality wired microphone. Where, how do I plug it in?

Ipadpro and jabra speak 510 Jabra 510 works OK on my iPhone (ios 12.4.9) but the jabra microphone is missing on the ipadpro(12,9 in)(ios14.2). Anyone who knows how to make the mic working on the ipad?
