does anyone know where the link is in going through Apple Support and get to the BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT THE GENIUS BAR at my local Apple Store (after one puts in their issue)

The purpose is to avoid a genius bar visit if the problem can be solved by talking to support. This saves you hours of travel and waiting time and leaves the store personnel free to help people that can't be helped any other way. If you want to bypass that just describe the problem as one that is clearly hardware.
