Can't download purchased music

Hi. I couldn't download a purchased album with iTunes (Windows) or my iPhone. When I try in iPhone's iTunes Store Purchased tab (same iTunes client on PC) - You do not have any purchased music available to download. Yes, I've authorized the PC and yes, I have it in my purchase history. I can see in iTunes grayed out as 'Purchased' also in my purchase history (Order ID MH6Z628SVK).

P. S. Topic I chose iTunes but actually it's about purchased items.
