App won’t open
So my iPhone thinks Snapchat is downloaded but it won’t open and the AppStore says its downloaded. When I delete it the AppStore still says it’s downloaded and I can’t open the app
iPhone 7, iOS 12

Did you try deleting it in Settings>iPhone Storage? Let the list of apps load and find it in the list. Tap on it and you can delete it or offload it and the try downloading it again.
Or you can try force restarting your phone and then see if you can open it or delete it. To force restart on an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Side and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Yes I tried both of those. The app doesn’t show up in my iPhone storage in settings. And when I force restart my phone the app appears but it won’t let me open it and it has lines inside the icon app. Idk what to do and I really don’t wanna have to factory restart my phone.
And after I force restart my phone, when I try to open the app with the lines in it it goes to a black screen for a split second then goes back to the home page...
