I have an iPhone 6s and people get a “your voicemail is full” message even after I deleted all messages and reset the phone.
On forum ppl say call Verizon, call Apple but I don’t find a fix there. HELP PLEASE!

EASY FIX. Called Verizon. Tech support said they have been getting this a lot with the new iOS update.
Tech said this works 100% of the time! Worked for me as I immediately tested it from my landline. He said something that by entering new PIN and then calling and hanging up you are bumping the system so it knows you are there. Or something. I didn't really care so long as it worked.

I actually got a young lady at Verizon to check my voicemail and fix it for me on a call. Not sure what she did but it works.

Yes, if they are your cellular carrier, call them. Your cellular carrier is responsible for your voicemails.
