So my company is starting to do VPP, which worked pretty well for me at other gigs...but with iOS 12.2 and 12.3b2, there is no AGREE button to accept it, just send email

Glad I am not alone...MDM vendor gave me the radar number and blames Apple, Apple spent an hour with me trying to prove MDM...also stated they haven’t gotten that many cases but do acknowledge it has been on different MDM providers

Do the devices in question happen to be iPhone 7 Plus / iPhone 8 Plus? So far I've re-created this with VMware support on those particular devices and provided samples of the buttons appearing on an iPad Air 1st gen and iPhone 5S running iOS 12.3.1.
Based on what I'm seeing personally, it appears that the entire VPP Media T&C's is a web page, which might point to a scaling as it appears on larger and smaller displays.
If you got a different device lying around it would be cool to confirm my theory.
Apparently this is a known bug for iphones

I tried on a 6s a while back and got the same...will revisit and let you know
yup 6S same as before...just flat out missing the agree...there is a delay between opening and load, no "agree" at anytime
