I'm trying to set up my Vodacom mobile number as a payment method in my Apple ID to make a purchase in South African Apple Store but it doesn't accept it and keeps saying "Mobile phone billing is only available with Vodacom. Enter a different mobile number or select another payment type". How can I solve this problem?

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
Trying to contact iTunes Support but there is always an error "403 Forbidden".
