Deleted device

I deleted an device from my my iCloud by mistake is there any ways I can get it back?

Sign back into iCloud on the device. Set up FindMy.

Set up Find My iPhone on all of your devices - hhttps://support.apple.com/HT205362

If you mean you did this after losing your device I don't think there is any way to get it back.
