iPhone 6 iOS 10.3.3 not backing up

Hi,

I am trying to back up my iPhone 6 iOS 10.3.3 but it does not back up. When the iPhone is at 60% of the back up process, iTune say “iTunes could not back up the iPhone because the iPhone is disconnect”

I found several treads on the net and tried pretty much all of the troubleshooting to fix it : USB Cable, USB port, Reset Network, change name Backup folder in Library, switch airplane mode on, Back ground Apps off, log off iTunes account, log off iCloud… Without success. I also tried to back up the iPhone via iCloud and third party apps such as AnyTrans and iMazing and still at 60%, it will stop.

The iPad Air 2 iOS 10.3.3 is backing up normaly on iTunes, also the iPod touch iOS 9.3.5.

Look like the iPhone is corrupt. Something at 60% of the process trigger a fault.

Any suggestions where to look ?

iTunes version : 12.9.2.5 on Mojave 10.14.3

I have a new iPhone. Therefore I would like to back up the old one and set up the new one from the back up. With iOS 10.3.3

Otherwise, I will wipe out the old one and just start fresh with the new one. But I won’t be able to keep iOS 10.3.3.

Thank you.

Updates

It finally worked with iCloud via iPhone.

Then I could setup the new phone from iCloud back up.

However, it was not iOS 10.3.3 but 12.1.4

Will see how it goes.
