Profile downloaded

I'm trying to install a network certification and to drive it he show me "Launch Apple profile and certificate installers now".

After that, I just received the message "Profile downloaded - review the profile in settings app if you want to install it'.

What must I do to solve this issue please?

"product configuration is missing" I have downloaded a non-Apple Store plug-in that required security clearance. (I trust the source) When I try to install the plug-in through the original program (that I was able to install without security clearance), I get "product configuration is missing". I'm not sure if this message is from Apple or from the program I want to use it with.
