Purchase fail

I am trying to buy something on a game and it says “your purchase could not be completed, for assistance, contact iTunes support at www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/. Witch brought me here, and this has not helped me at all

If you supplied a credit or debit card, check its details. If they're correct, or you're using a different payment method, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
