When I edit my picture in settings for my Apple ID it changes one of my contact pictures. If I then change the contact picture of that person it changes my picture in settings.

If you open Contacts and look at your card, does it show My Card? If you go to Settings/Contacts/My Info, does your name show there?
In Contacts, is your card marked as your card?
Actually my card in contacts has that picture
I am just changing the picture of one of my contacts . And it puts that picture in my Apple ID settings. I don’t no what card in contacts?
Yes and her phone number is blue and my phone numbers are greyed out
No her name is there. I don’t know how that happened.
