Super slow
Does anyone know how to completely delete everything off a Mac book pro? It’s way too slow cause i have thousands of pictures, emails, and more.

You do not say what exact Mac /model /year /size /retina /touchbar is this ?
Yes you reformat the parent drive from Recovery using Disk Utility this erase everything all data and the operating system—is this really the question(?)

How large is the drive and how full is it? From Finder, highlight the Macitosh HD , comand i will open the info pane.
Have you considered a larger drive and moving everything to that?
