My apple tv 4k keeps shutting off on its own. This happens every 2-3 minutes, and it automatically reconnects. The screen goes back to whatever I was watching/playing. I've tried using another HDMI cord, resetting to factory settings, installing new updates. Please assist.

Does the status light on the front of the Apple TV box stay on continuously? If so, then the issue is likely with the (HDMI) connection. Verify that the cable plugs are seated firmly into their ports. If that doesn’t solve it, then try a different HDMI port.
Is your Apple TV connected directly to the TV, or to other equipment? Then it may involve more HDMI cables.
To verify the HDMI port on the Apple TV, connect it to different TV.
