iphone 5 keeps turning off

My iphone5s keeps on shutting off on its own and when it turns on, the battery level is at 1% although its battery level was still high. After a few minutes it goes back to the battery level before it shut down. What can be the problem? I already tried restarting it but it's still the same. Thank you.

iPhone de keeps turning off randomly So I bought an iPhone se and for some reason it keeps turning off like every 5 minutes. Does anyone know how to fix it? I’ve already tried restarting it and yea the battery life capacity is at 87%. Let me know if you can help

Hey there!

This sounds like an issue with the battery. I would encourage you to Contact Apple Support and they should be able to do an Over-The-Air analysis of your battery condition and advise you on steps from there.
