Dead Pixel iPhone XR (Brand New)

Received my new IPhone XR on Sunday (14th) - only three days ago - (as an upgrade to my contract through EE) and have noticed a dead pixel (or what looks like one) at the top of the screen!

I was was just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar, and what I should do next?

Was as planning on taking to an Apple Store, are they likely to replace it seen as it so new?

iPhone XR, iOS 12

If you didn't purchase AppleCare, then you have 1 year of warranty since the date of purchase.

You can go anytime and dead pixels is a defect, that should be fixed without any cost.

I would recommend not to wait and bring it as soon as possible anyway.
