Fix for "Can't view PDF annotations on my iPad's Notability app"

Some PDF annotation apps store annotations in a way that Notability can't display. If a PDF's annotations don't appear in Notability, you can use these steps to make a new PDF that shows the annotations.

1. Open the annotated PDF in the free iPad app named Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2. Go to "Settings> Preferences..." from the mini avatar on the upper right.
3. Navigate to the "SHARING" section.
4. Activate "Share a Flattened Copy".
5. Share a copy of the PDF to Notability.

At this point the annotations should be visible in Notability.
