I am not able to turn on my wi-fi. HELP!

My wi-fi is disabled on my phone. How can I turn it back on?

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I understand that the Wi-Fi isn't working on your iPhone. Specifically, it is disabled and you're not able to turn it on or otherwise engage with it. I'm happy to help!


Based on what you've described, I would first recommend making sure your iOS software is up to date. You can check for, and install, updates using the steps in Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.


Then, restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.


If the issue continues after that, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will not remove any of your personal data, however it will remove saved Wi-Fi networks and associated passwords as well as any APN or VPN settings you may have been using.


Should you still be unable to turn your Wi-Fi on, please reach out to Apple Support for additional assistance: Contact Apple Support.
