Payment Information

I can not remove my credit card information from my iphone , there is no (switch to none) option and the family sharing is off .. can you please solve my problem ?

Payment methods I’m trying to remove the primary card as it is now deactivated, and replace it with my new card. But it won’t let me do either it keeps telling me head of family sharing has to have one payment option. But it won’t let me add my new one either Also it says shelbeys phone but my wife got a new one so I’m using hers now. Not sure how to switch everything.

If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support explains why you may be unable to choose "None," and offers some solutions.
