How to remove mail account from Apple Watch?

I've searched for this and the only replies I found were to remove the notifications. That's NOT what I'm asking. I would like to know how to remove the mail app (or remove my mail accounts) from my Apple Watch Series 3. The only "solution" I've found is to use the Mail section in the Watch App to only sync flagged mail, of which I have none.

Why isn't Apple giving us the option to not link any sensitive information to our watches? The whole point of me buying the watch was to listen to music at the gym so I didn't have to carry my phone around, increasing the risk of losing it. This is only my first two days of owning this watch and I may return it for an activity tracker if there is no way to remove my mail account from the watch.

I wasn't aware that at least one box must be checked...thanks for pointing that out.

Based upon that observation, I don't see any way of removing the Mail App from the Apple Watch.

Your solution appears to me to be viable in regard to not displaying "sensitive information."

Yes, I have read it. Where is the portion that instructs one to either remove an account or the mail app?

No, you cannot. At least one box must be selected, hence my "solution" of selecting the flagged inbox. This is more of a workaround than a true solution.
