when you gonna open a official store in Kuwait ?
because we need to have a quality of services from the official store. and the once who is in Kuwait doesn't not like your other like London, Paris and US.

thank you for sharing link. I contact them already and informed them about the bad services. they are opening a case right now to solve my problem with the franchise.
also they gave me a link to give my opinion to high management.
I hope they will understand from my points that was shared with them in the link because the reputation will be affecting in the bad way if it's still in the same way without improving.
