but still dont fix my imessage and i already try to replace my sim card with the new one still same so do you have a any idea ?

If there's no phone number, it means that you can't receive an international SMS from the activation server.
Take a look at this also:

Is everything okay on the carrier's side? Do you receive other short SMS messages like codes from the bank, Google or Facebook auth-codes?
So if the carrier is okay, and the timezone too.
Have you tried to activate it using Wi-Fi?
yeah , my carrier not showing any problem because i still get my sms code from another application
already set automatically and using wifi connection
and on the setting iMessage ID only show my apple id i dont see my phone number , when i check on setting icloud my phone number exist
