Georgian does not appear as a language option on my phone and I need to test an app using the live device settings. How do I get it?

I'm trying to change my iPhone language to Georgian. Georgian is not a language in the list. Why?

I can change my REGION to Georgia and I can ADD the language of Georgian. However, even after doing that, Georgian does not appear in the iPhone language settings.

I'm trying to test language localization in an app I'm developing.
