As a student I usually buy Apple products at my school bookstores where it is much cheaper then a retail store or maybe a Apple retail store. Stop by your state college or city college bookstore and see what the prices are for airpods. Go to a Apple store or go to a retail store in your city that sells Apple AirPods. Then compare prices. Any product(s) that I buy usually I do research on it first before buying it.
