Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have been trying to Cancel iHeart Plus Subscription for weeks now to no avail. I follow all the directions I found on line but when I get to the iHeart page there is NO choice to cancel the subscription!!! I tried on my iPhone and my PC... Help!
Through whom did you subscribe? If Apple:
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - "Learn how to view your subscriptions that renew automatically, change your subscription period, and turn off Automatic Renewal." "If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew." Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. https://support.apple.com/HT202039
