Thanks so much for using Apple Support Communities. It's great to have you here. From your post, I see you're having trouble backing up your device to iCloud.
The screenshot you attached mentions the backup did not complete due to poor network conditions. To complete a iCloud backup, you want to make sure you're connected to a stable Wi-Fi Network. Are you able to try backing up your iPhone using a different Wi-Fi network?
Also, If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed is a great resource to check out when you have trouble backing up to iCloud.
