I can't see photos in shared album
I see placeholders for photos, the date, the event and the number of photos, but only gray boxes without photos.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! If I understand correctly, the photos within a shared album are not syncing properly. I'm happy to provide a few steps to try.
First, I suggest restarting your Mac and if possible, testing the issue on another Wi-Fi network. Then, check to make sure that you have Shared Albums selected in your iCloud preferences: Change preferences in Photos on Mac - Apple Support
