Shutdowns

Hi! I’ve had unexpected shutdowns with my MacBook Air recently, I did the reset of my SMC but it still shutdowns... Also, when I close the screen and openit back, the computer is completely closed (instead of just opening it back). I also have this message (see picture) that shows up even though I don’t have anything plugged in my USB space.

What is happening? My computer is going crazy... Help! Thank you!

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.14

Your internal Keyboard and Trackpad are considered USB devices so there could be a problem with one of them. Another possibility is one of the USB ports is bad, damaged (physical or liquid) or a foreign object is stuck in the port.

Chances are you will need to take the laptop to be serviced by an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
