Apple TV Does Not Accept ID and Password
I recently aquired a pre-owned 2nd generation Apple TV. When prompted to enter my Apple ID and Password, I repeatedly get an error message that the ID and password are not recognized. I am absolutely certain that the information entered is correct. I use it constantly for Find My Phone without issues. I tried restoring the Apple TV to original settings, but that does not seem to make a difference. I would appreciate suggestions on how to proceed.
