Can someone tell me what I can do if I found out that my 4 USBs on my Late 2012 Mac Mini is USB 2 and NOT USB 3 as it should be?
Even apple's tech spec for Late 2012 Mac Mini states USB 3.0:

My Late 2012 Mac Mini shows a bunch of USB 2.0 devices, plus 3 USB 3.0 external drives.
What do you see, when you expand the USB Device Tree down.
Not really much you can do at this point being that far out of warranty...however, if it helps I just checked my own Mac mini Late 2012 model (Typing on it now) and it shows the same as yours, USB 2.
Surely there must be something we can do?
All the time I thought I was having USB 3.0
I feel shortchanged for 6 years.
No wonder my USB doesn't seem to be up to mark sometimes when compared to my windows laptop using USB 3.
I'm not sure how I missed that, I'm sure I scrolled down on mine but I did it this morning with fresh eyes and...
