[HD] and [4K] Tags Issues with Movies Anywhere Transfers

When I purchase a film from iTunes, I get either the [4K] tag or [HD] depending on the quality available. For example:


When I purchase a 4K physical physical film and use the accompanying digital code, I get the [4K] tag. For example:


However, if I purchase an HD Blu-ray and use it's accompanying digital code or purchase through Vudu and use MoviesAnywhere to port over the iTunes version, I don't get any tag. For example:


Why is this? This occurs on my iPhone and iPad, but not on my MacBook. I've spoke to Apple Support about this and they have no answers and think it's MA's fault and directed me to their customer support. I don't think it's an MA problem consider I don't get this issue on my MacBook. Does anyone else have this issue? I don't get these kinds of problems on Vudu or MA. I'm getting increasingly fed up with Apple and the App Store and the TV app on my iPhone and iPad.
