GarageBand "Radio Sounds" Track

Apparently there's a "Radio Sounds" track that will let me play my own sounds on the MIDI keyboard. How can I access that?

The Radio Sounds are are a sound effects instrument from the old iLife version of Garageband. If you still have GarageBand '1, version 6.05 installed, you can use the Sound Effects Instruments with any Midi Track.

I left GarageBand 6.0.5 installed, when I upgraded to the newer GarageBand 10, and so I can use the old instruments from GarageBand '11. They are showing in the Legacy section the library, but only, if GarageBand '1 is installed as well..
