After updating my iOS I can't login with my apple id

when i update my ipad version, and when it finish it ask me to go some steps to finish with update and 3rd or 4th step asked to login with apple id and password, but i can't login it allway said wrong. So, I go to apple and reset the password and still no luck. However, I still can login fine on browser

please help me, alot of document for my job in here please please help me soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
