iPad disabled

My iPad had been disabled and I get in. How can use my iTunes to support gaining access?

Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes running on your home computer, then erase and restore the iPad via iTunes, by following the directions in this link EXACTLY: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
