Can’t change AppStore region ( PLS HELP ME )

I recently changed my AppStore region to MALAYSIA. However, now when I try to change back to Hong Kong It says “You can not change stores while you have pending bank orders. To change stores, complete your pending orders or try again later” when I didn’t purchase anything or have a pending order. How can I fix this?

Pending Bank Orders I had recently changed my app store's region from Malaysia to China store. However, im unable to change it back to Malaysia Region as it written there I have pending bank orders that I need to complete in order to change the region. But, im not subscribing or making any payment in the China store, does anyone face the same problem and have any solutions for it? i had contacted the customer support but they couldnt provide me any solution. Anyone solved this problem? Much appreciate if you could provide steps to resolve this.

unable to change country/region im unable to change my country/region and dont have any active subscriptions or account balance or anything at all. i have tried every solution provided by the apple support but still it says you cant change the store front information for your account at this. i want to update my payment method the previous is declined and not working anymore.

contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
