apple ID
I have forgot my apple ID and its password and I canot remmber my email Address at all . what should I do ?????

Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'Apple ID', then Forgot Apple ID password'.
If you have any problems with that try this form: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html and select 'Account Security' from the first pop-up menu.
