my hyperlinks no longer work in email i have ios 12-2 on ipad

How can I get the hyperlinks to work again on emails?

Mail on iPhone Mail does not always display contents of embedded links that have been sent to me on my Apple iPhone 13 Pro. Instead it displays the entire hyperlink.
