payment billibg update
dear sir,
my app store doesnot allow to update my application by syaing update your billing account as per the fact there is no billing amount left as i have viewed in purchase history how can i fix it?

Either do as instructed and update your payment details, or see if you get the 'none' option so that you can remove the card : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
