When typing Chinese in VS Code, there's a selection bar appearance issue.
經測試中文輸入法皆出現『待確認選字條』顯示偏移的問題，
已關閉常駐應用程式並重開機也無法排除：

圖2. 此問題在 Quiver 筆記軟體中變成待選字游標顯示異常
輸入中文在 enter 確認前，游標不會隨著輸入移動正確位置，導致選字困難。
