Scheduling a Screen Repair - Find My iPad Confirm Error

My iPad 4 Mini Wifi Only has a broken screen - I've taken the iCloud account off it via my other iPad in the settings which shares the same iCloud account. I've got to the "Prepare and submit your repair" page on Apple Support where there's a Turn Off Find My iPad confirmation button which will not confirm each time I press it.

I've reloaded the page etc. and still nothing. I cannot continue until this button works!

Any help would be appreciated!
