My text box cuts off my text, why?
My text box has cut off my text, and is not allowing me to stretch it out to see the full text... Why?
And how do I fix this please?

You're moving the text using the transform function. That's limited by the dimensions of the project. That's not how to move text. With the title selected in the timeline, drag it like this
or if the text is selected use the button on the baseline
