microphone on mac isn't working
I can't get my microphone to work. The test shows that it isn't receiving sound

In System Preferences choose Sound. Verify if your input shows "Internal Microphone" as shown in the pic. If that doesn't solve it then open LaunchPad, choose the Other folder and select "Audio Midi Setup". Highlight the Built-in Microphone on the left sidebar. Make sure the Input tab is selected. Verify the Mute buttons are unselected as shown in the pic.
