That's normal. Battery capability declines with use.
Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. Also, see How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD).

I may disagree with this. I have an iPhone C which is one year old and current battery health is 94% and my Xs max newly bought has been 100 since October till last month where it went to 99 and in a week 93. Something is wrong...
I have this same problem earlier. But now my phone battery capacity is stable. Try to charge your phone between 60-90%. Also, if there is no good network coverage then use airplane mode. Less network takes more battery power.
But my phone has only 158 cycles. Then how it decreases to this value?
158/500 = 32%. 32% of 20% (that is, 100%-80%) is 6.3%. 100% - 6.3% = 93.7%. So your phone is tracking almost exactly according to spec.
But my friend 2year old iPhone 7plus have 87% battery capacity.
Is there any hardware problem to my phone??
I just explained that your phone is tracking according to its specifications, so there is no hardware problem with it. How many charge cycles does your friend's phone have?
I don’t know about that. But I think something problem. Because of this type of drastic change in battery capacity
I can't think of any other way to say it.
YOUR PHONE IS WORKING PERFECTLY. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. WHETHER YOU THINK SO OR NOT.
Sorry typing error, I meant iPhone X
