2 dots on screen?

I have two dots on my screen. They dont leave even when I open an App or Safari.

what are they?

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

Ok now you are saying they are not on apps? You originally said they were. As for your second screen shot it not showing the same place on the screen. You should still get it examined by Apple store

The screen needs replacing. Call Apple support or visit your local Apple Store.
