podcast analytics - only one episode showing

Hi,

I want to get statistics for my podcast from Itunes but when I go into Itunes Analytics only the first of my two episodes are showing. This is my RSS feed: http://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:572708529/sounds.rss

Would really appreciate some help figuring out why only one of my episodes are showing. I can play both in Itunes so the issue is only getting the episode to show in Podcast connect.

Thank you!

I can't help you in detail with this because only you can get into Podcasts Connect to see your stats. However, to quote Apple's Help page:

'Podcast Analytics begins gathering data as soon as users play content in Podcasts app or iTunes, and displays the data when more than five unique devices play the content. Apple only displays data from users who agreed to

share their diagnostics and usage information with providers'

and

'Podcast Analytics begins gathering data as soon as users play content in

the Podcasts app (iOS 11 or later), in iTunes 12.7 or later (macOS and

Windows), or on HomePod.'

So it's possible that in the less than 2 days since you posted, less than 5 people who are using the specified version, and have given permission, have played your episode. Other than that I'm afraid I have no way of diagnosing the problem. Give it a few days: if you still don't get any stats you could try asking Support.
